Something organic, and great tasting, and along came Aramark, introducing them to Green Mountain Coffee. In additional to this, Green also allows them to use the Keurig System, which makes every cup of coffee individually.
AND they're not stopping with the coffee . . . the burgers they make are made from 100% grass-fed cow, no hormones, or any of that provided by Peaceful Pastures. This burger is unlike anything you've ever tried, as one customer "This burger even seems to taste healthier."
AND the dairy, all of their dairy is procured from Hatcher Family Dairy, a local farm, that produces weekly fresh dairy.

In December, they spent time making sure we were both aware and actively researching ways to meet the special dietary needs of those who are gluten intolerant, or need dishes low in fat or cholesterol. In January, they began offering Foods, Desserts, and Drinks that were: Gluten Free, Soy Free, Lactrose Free, Sugar Fee, Fat Free, and they are still striving to find other ways to meet the needs of any and all specialties. In February, they hired a dessert chef, and began becoming even edgier, producing Gluten Free and Sugar Free desserts . . . .IN HOUSE. They also continued to produce a mean Vegeterian Chili.
